The juicy crunch of an apple wedge combined with sweet cream cheese and salty prosciutto are a delicious combination.

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
4 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
1/2 pound prosciutto slicesDirections:
1. Slice each apple into 8 wedges. Brush each cut surface with lemon juice.
