Simple marinade for a delicious, grilled Chilean Sea Bass.
Asian- Style Chilean Sea Bass
Yield: 4 servings
Prep Time: 10 minutes + marinating time
Cook Time: 10 minutes
4 (8-ounce) fillets Chilean Sea Bass
1/4 cup sherry
1/4 cup light soy sauce
2 Tablespoons oyster sauce
2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 Tablespoons sesame oil
1 bunch chives, minced
1/4 cup fresh ginger, finely minced
1. Combine all ingredients in large zip bag. Add sea bass and marinate for 1 hour.
2. Grill for about 5 minutes on each side, or until fish begins to flake.
*Avoid marinating for more than one hour or the flavor will be too strong.Nutritional Information- Per Serving (1 fillet)
