SWORDFISH W/ PARMESAN SAUCE
6 Tbs reduced-fat mayonnaise
2 Tbs finely chopped fresh parsley
2 Tbs finely grated onion
24 oz swordfish
6 Tbs melted butter
6 Tbs Parmesan cheese
1. Mix together the mayonnaise, parsley and onion. Set aside.
2. Dip swordfish in lemon juice, then in melted butter. Place in broiler pan and broil 5 minutes. Turn and spread with mayonnaise mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan and continue broiling for 5-7 minutes, or until fish flakes with fork and topping is golden.
