8 tablespoons (1 stick) salted butter, at room temperature
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon grated orange zest
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1. Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
2. Scrape into a small dish for serving. It can be covered and refrigerated, but bring to room temperature before serving.
*If you are preparing this recipe as gluten-free, just be sure to use a brand of honey that is known to be free of gluten.
