Delicious served over steamed pudding or fresh baked fruit pie.
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/3 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped to soft peaks
- In a medium bowl, beat sugar with butter until creamy; beat in vanilla. Fold in whipped cream.
- Serve immediately, or refrigerate until ready to serve.
