Blue Lagoon Margarita


1¼ oz tequila
¾ oz blue curacao
1½ oz fresh lime juice
2 oz. prepared sweet and sour mix
1½ oz. pineapple juice
2 cups crushed ice
1 wedge lime
superfine sugar
lime wedges and cherries for garnish

1. Place superfine sugar in low, flat bowl. Rub rim of margarita glass with lime wedge and dip in sugar.

2. Blend tequila, blue curacao, lime juice, sweet and sour mix, pineapple juice, and ice in blender until smooth.

3. Pour into margarita glass. Garnish with lime wedge or cherry, if desired.
