Parmesan Baguette Croutes

1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 whole sourdough baguette, sliced into 30-35 pieces (rounds or diagonals)
1/4 cup Parmesan, asiago or romano cheese
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. In a medium bowl, combine butter, oil and garlic. Brush the sourdough rounds with butter/oil mixture and sprinkle with cheese.
3. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden. Cool and serve.
*It's okay to use unsalted butter as the cheese will have enough salt for flavor.
*Good olive oil is key to having good flavor in these rounds.
