2 Tbs butter
½ cup nonfat sour cream, with a little milk
½ cup shredded Parmesan
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp chopped basil
2-3 Tbs tomato sauce
dash of white pepper
8 oz ziti pasta, cooked and drained
1 ½ shots vodka
1. In medium skillet, brown garlic in melted butter. Add the rest of the ingredients except pasta and vodka. Stir until heated through.
2. Add vodka to sauce and pour over pasta. Place in individual pasta bowls and sprinkle with additional Parmesan and chopped basil.
*This is terrific with a great caesar salad, and crusty french bread to scoop up the extra sauce.
