Roasted Blue Cheese Pecans

ROASTED BLUE CHEESE PECANS

2 Tbs butter
½ cup crumbled blue cheese
3 cups raw pecan halves

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper, or spray with nonstick spray.

2. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter and blue cheese; blend together. Stir in pecans, and stir until coated.

3. Spread pecans onto prepared cookie sheet and roast for about 10 minutes.

4. Let cool and place in a decorative serving bowl.
