These are delicious! We made them today with some apples we picked and they are wonderful. I didn’t make the glaze because they are so moist and sweet already. Thank you for sharing, I’d like to share with my readers too and link to you as the chef.

Hey Lori, these muffins have been added to my “to do list” for my Wednesday social event. They look YUMMY. Also, I’m happy you’ll be meeting David. Yes, I’d like to meet him some day also, as his blog is really great. I met Paul Deen, Kate Gosselin and a cast of others yesterday in NYC. I’d been invited to attend the taping of her new pilot series called MomLogic. It was quite a day. No food, but great to meet her.
