1 pound Canadian bacon roast
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Rinse the bacon roast and pat dry. Insert a meat thermometer into the center of the roast. Place on roasting rack in a large roasting pan.
3. In small bowl, mix honey and soy sauce. Brush mixture evenly over roast.
4. Bake 20-25 minutes, or until thermometer registers 140 degrees F. Cut into thin slices and serve.
