Homemade Italian Sausage
HOMEMADE ITALIAN SAUSAGE

1 lb ground pork
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp crushed dried thyme
½ tsp fennel seeds
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
½ tsp salt
1. Place pork in a large bowl. Sprinkle seasonings on top and use your hands to thoroughly mix them into the pork. Refrigerate for at least two hours to allow the spices to be absorbed into the meat.
2. Shape into patties and brown. You may also crumble the sausage and brown for use in a recipe.
