1 cup flour
½ cup butter
1 cup chopped pecans
8 oz package cream cheese
1 cup granulated sugar
9 oz Cool Whip
6 ¾ oz instant vanilla pudding (prepare as on package)
6 ¾ oz instant chocolate pudding (prepare as on package)
grated milk chocolate

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2. Mix together flour, butter and pecans. Press into 13×9″ baking dish and bake 15-20 minutes.

3. In small bowl, beat cream cheese with sugar until smooth. Fold in half of the Cool Whip.

4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Then spread the vanilla pudding. Then spread the chocolate pudding. Spread remaining cool whip on top.

5. Sprinkle with grated chocolate and serve.
