I have made about ten batches of this great toffee. It is exactly like the kind my aunt made in Oregon. My friends won’t stop eating it. I had pecans on hand and used them. Absolutely outrageous.

I wouldn’t try Splenda- I’m not sure how Splenda works out in candy recipes!
