Great make-ahead recipe! Just get the steak marinating and grill it when you’re ready!

Golden Grilled Flank Steak
1/2 cup vegetable or canola oil
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
3 tablespoons dry vermouth
3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
1 tablespoon dried rosemary
1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1.5 pounds beef flank steak
1. In small bowl, combine all marinade ingredients and whisk together. Pour into large zip baggie. Add steak to marinade and refrigerate overnight. Turn bag occasionally to coat well.
2. Grill steak 4 to 6-inches above hot coals or grill rack, 5 to 7 minutes per side.
*If you are preparing this recipe as GLUTEN-FREE, just be sure to use brands of worcestershire sauce and mustard that are known to be GF.
