Golden Grilled Flank Steak


½ cup vegetable oil
2 Tbs white wine vinegar
3 Tbs dry vermouth
3 Tbs worcestershire sauce
2 Tbs whole grain mustard
1 Tbs dried rosemary
½ tsp ground white pepper
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dry mustard
1.5 lbs beef flank steak

1. In small bowl, combine all marinade ingredients and whisk together. Pour into large ziploc baggie. Add steak to marinade and refrigerate overnight. Turn bag occasionally to coat well.

2. Grill steak 4-6″ above hot coals, 5-7 minutes per side.
