Cranberry Apple Relish

CRANBERRY APPLE RELISH www.RecipeGirl.com 1 large orange 2 cups fresh cranberries 1 cup granulated sugar 2 large red delicious apples 1. Grate orange peel on coarse grater to make long shreds. Peel orange and cut into ½" cubes, discarding white pith. 2. Wash and drain cranberries; remove any stems. Chop cranberries very coarsely (or run through a food grinder or processor). 3. Combine grated peel, chopped orange, cranberries and sugar; mix well. Refrigerate until well chilled, several hours. 4. Wash and core apples, but do not pare. Wrap and refrigerate. 5.
