Cranberry- Horseradish Mayonnaise

CRANBERRY- HORSERADISH MAYONNAISE

1 cup mayonnaise
3 Tbs whole berry cranberry sauce
1 Tbs prepared horseradish, or more to taste
½ tsp lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
touch of honey, if sweetness is desired

Mix together mayo, cranberry sauce, horseradish and lemon juice until well combined. Add salt, pepper and honey. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
