Holiday Irish Coffee Eggnog

Yield: 6 servings

Ingredients:

1 quart eggnog
1 1/4 cups hot brewed coffee
1/2 cup sugar
2/3 cup Irish cream liqueur
1/2 cup brandy

Directions:

1. Pour the eggnog into a pitcher. Dissolve the sugar in the coffee. Add to the eggnog and add the liqueur and brandy.

2. Pour into mugs and garnish as you wish.

Tips:

*Dust the tops of the drinks with a little bit of powdered cocoa, chocolate shavings or freshly grated nutmeg.
*If you wish to serve this warmed, warm the mixture slowly- stirring constantly- and pull off the heat as soon as it's warmed.
