Mexican Coffee


½ cup unsweetened cocoa
1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
4 tsp cinnamon
1 cup instant coffee
whipped cream

1. In a food processor, mix the first four ingredients to a smooth consistency.

2. To serve, place two rounded teaspoons of mixture in a cup. Add boiling water and stir. Add a shot of brandy, and top with whipped cream.

Cooking Tips
* To give as a hostess gift, place dry coffee mixture in a jar and put into basket with a small bottle of brandy. Label with instructions on how to serve.
**To make with freshly brewed coffee, just mix cocoa, brown sugar and cinnamon and omit the instant coffee. Mix 2 teaspoons of this mixture with a mug of freshly brewed coffee- topped with brandy and whipped cream.
