I made it a couple nights ago to take to my accounting department at work. I used Andes Creme de Menthe chips for the filling, and I sprinkled red and white sugar on top. They were very festive and quite a hit! I am ever popular with our accounting department (which is notoriously difficult to get along with - but also quite important to my job) and I have you to partially thank :)<br/><br/>Merry Christmas!!
