Deborah- yes, definitely. Not sure about timing in the oven, but it should work much the same. The potatoes are sliced raw.

Do you suppose this could also be cooked in the oven during winter months? Are potatoes raw or pre-baked?

Huge huge fan of the foil pouches mostly because it eliminates the need to deal with picky eaters. We have done parties before at my house where it is a table of proteins, veggies, oils, vinegars, spices, herbs, etc. Everyone makes their own pouch and it is grilled. This way everyone gets what they want and they can only kick themselves if it sucks. Plus then people can share their successes.

Nicely done!

This is a wonderful idea! Love all those flavors and to have dinner in one pouch is even more fun! I may add a bit of spicy sausage for that smokey flavor too! Thanks for this idea.

Now that is one perfect meal! And, no mess is makes it even better!

I'm surprised that the potatoes and the corn were done in the same amount of time as the fish and shrimp. I'll definitely be trying this recipe. Bookmarking now!
