		<description>I started on Sunday without any knowledge of this great group. So discouraging to go from Sugar Cookies to brown rice. I read Clean, by Alexjandro Junger. My goal is to get healthy, exercise more regularly, get fibro under control, lose 20 lbs, and gain some good eating/life habits. Thank you for creating a place for encouragement.</description>

		<description>okay! I&#039;m ready now; sign me up! Yesterday was my 43rd birthday, so today is the best time I can think of to begin a healthy new year.  My goals are to be more active (consistently), lower my sugar/calorie intake, and drop those 10 pounds that are preventing me from getting back into my favorite jeans! Also, I&#039;d like to find a healthy activity that will make me feel better when I&#039;m sad or stressed.</description>
