		<description>I never make pork. I don&#039;t know why. I think it&#039;s the old wives tale that it is fattening. It isn&#039;t, it&#039;s lean. Great recipe for those of us on your 10/10 plan. And you can&#039;t beat green beans with mushrooms. I put mushrooms in my omelet in the AM. I would put mushrooms in anything!</description>
