About This Site:
A former elementary school teacher, I have always been interested in
cooking, recipes and entertaining. I worked in catering for many
years before teaching for 12 years. Now I'm home cooking for my
family and friends and constantly testing recipes to post on my website.
About 75% of the recipes posted are tried and true... either by me or
friends and family. The other 25% are recipes that look really
yummy to me or have been highly recommended by friends on the web.
If I try a recipe and it's not a keeper... it gets deleted from the
site. If a recipe on the site receives several poor ratings, it
will also be deleted from the site. My goal is to keep only the
best recipes for you to browse. There's no point in keeping
recipes around that aren't favorites. All recipes have a source
listed, unless the recipe came to me without a source given. I
want to give credit where it's due. |

How the site works:
It's free for the user, and it's an advertiser-supported site.
I've collected recipes that I feel are the best- to share with others
who love recipes, food and entertaining. The "theme" of the site
is changed at the beginning of each month and will be reflected on the
home page. I try to stick with seasonal themes or themes that are
current or in demand. If you have a suggestion for a category that
you'd like added to the site, please let us know!
