minced fresh oregano (or 1 tsp. dried) |

|
pureed canned chipotle chiles in adobo
sauce (depending on how much spice is
desired) |

minced garlic |
|

olive oil |

fresh lime juice |

lime, thinly sliced into circles |

this one's a keeper!- would
make it again. "This was a really easy appetizer to put
together for my Cinco de Mayo party. Good flavor. It was
nice to have a vegetable too among the chips and guacamole. I
suggest letting it marinate in the refrigerator overnight for maximum
flavor."
