  APPETIZER DIPS AND SPREADS: 
Crab Spread
 

Crab Spread

 

Can't have just one bite of this one...
 

12 oz 

 

package cream cheese, softened

 

2 Tbs 

 

worcestershire sauce

 

1 Tbs 

 

fresh lemon juice

 

2 Tbs 

 

mayonnaise

 

1 small 

 

onion, grated

 

6 oz 

 

chili sauce

 

6 oz 

 

can crabmeat, drained and separated

 

 

 

fresh chopped parsley for garnish

Blend cream cheese, worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, mayonnaise and onion. Spread on a serving platter. Spread chili sauce on top of cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle crabmeat on top of chili sauce. Sprinkle fresh parsley over the top.

Refrigerate for several hours. Serve with crackers.

 

Servings: 1

Yield: 2 cups
