canned whole berry cranberry sauce |

Preheat oven
to 375° F. |

Thaw puff
pastry sheet flat. Cut puff pastry sheet into
approximately 3" squares and place them into
mini muffin tins, pressing them into the shape
of the muffin hole. |

Place 1"
slice of brie in the center of each puff pastry
and then top it with approximately 1 Tablespoon
of cranberry sauce. |

Bake 10
minutes, or until puff pastry corners are
toasted light brown. Let cool 5 minutes before
serving. |

make it again. "Anything with brie is delicious... at
least that's what the guests at our happy hour said. The sweet
addition of cranberry sauce worked well with the brie. This
appetizer would be even easier to make if you are able to find the mini
phyllo shells instead of the pastry dough."
