  APPETIZER DIPS AND SPREADS: 
Cranberry Horseradish Dip
 

Cranberry Horseradish Dip

 

Great fall appetizer..
 

1 cup 

 

cream cheese, softened

 

3 Tbs 

 

whole berry cranberry sauce

 

1 Tbs 

 

horseradish, or more to taste

 

½ tsp 

 

fresh lemon juice

 

 

 

salt and pepper to taste

 

 

 

touch of honey, if sweetness is desired

Mix together mayo, cranberry sauce, horseradish and lemon juice until well combined. Add salt, pepper and honey and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for several hours before serving.

Serve with assorted crackers.
