Game Day Spinach Dip
 

Game Day Spinach Dip

 

A crowd pleaser...
 

10 oz 

 

package of frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry

 

1 small 

 

yellow onion, diced

 

1 can 

 

Rotel tomatoes, drained

 

8 oz 

 

package cream cheese, softened

 

2 cups 

 

shredded Monterey Jack cheese

 

 

 

splash of milk

 

 

 

garlic salt to taste

 

 

 

salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 2 quart baking dish.

In a medium bowl, mix spinach, onion, tomatoes, cream cheese and jack cheese. Spread into prepared baking dish. Cover and bake for 10 minutes.

Remove from oven, stir to combine ingredients. Add a splash of milk, garlic salt, salt and pepper and stir until well blended. Bake for an additional 15 minutes, uncovered.

Serve warm with tortilla chips, pita chips or crackers.
