  APPETIZER DIPS AND SPREADS:
 Hot Reuben Dip
 

Hot Reuben Dip

18 oz. 

 

can sauerkraut, rinsed and drained

 

2 cups 

 

(8 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese

 

2 cups 

 

(8 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese

 

6 to 8 ounces 

 

corned beef, chopped

 

1 cup 

 

mayonnaise

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Pat rinsed and drained sauerkraut dry with paper towels.

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, stirring well. Spread into 9x13x2-inch pan.

Bake for 30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. Serve with cocktail rye bread or baguette slices and crackers.
