  APPETIZER FINGER FOODS: 
Italian Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms
 

Italian Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms

 

So easy and so delicious...
 

½ cup 

 

marinara sauce

 

4 lbs 

 

mushroom caps, washed with stems removed

 

½ lb 

 

raw Italian sausage (hot or mild)

 

 

 

mozzarella or Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Place marinara sauce in bottom of glass pyrex baking dish.

Stuff mushroom caps with sausage and place on top of sauce.

Bake 30 minutes. Top with mozzarella or Parmesan and put under broiler until cheese melts.

 

Servings: 12
