mushroom caps, washed with stems removed |

raw
Italian sausage (hot or mild) |

mozzarella or Parmesan cheese |

Preheat oven
to 350 degrees F. |

Place
marinara sauce in bottom of glass pyrex baking
dish. |

Stuff
mushroom caps with sausage and place on top of
sauce. |

Bake 30
minutes. Top with mozzarella or Parmesan and put
under broiler until cheese melts. |
