  APPETIZER FINGER FOODS: 
Roasted Blue Cheese Pecans
 

Roasted Blue Cheese Pecans

 

Wonderful with a dry white wine...
 

2 Tbs 

 

butter

 

½ cup 

 

crumbled blue cheese

 

3 cups 

 

raw pecan halves

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper, or spray with nonstick spray.

In a medium saucepan, melt the butter and blue cheese; blend together. Stir in pecans, and stir until coated.

Spread pecans onto prepared cookie sheet and roast for about 10 minutes.

Let cool and place in a decorative serving bowl.

 

Yield: 3 cups
