  APPETIZER FINGER FOODS: 
Spinach Balls
 

Spinach Balls

 

Delicious one-bite appetizers.
 

2 10oz. pkgs 

 

frozen chopped spinach

 

1 cup 

 

stuffing mix

 

4 large 

 

eggs

 

¾ cup 

 

grated Parmesan cheese

 

½ tsp 

 

thyme

 

¼ cup 

 

melted butter

 

1 clove 

 

garlic, crushed

 

 

 

salt and pepper to taste

Thaw, drain and squeeze moisture out of spinach. Set aside.

In medium sized bowl, mix remaining ingredients. Refrigerate for 20 minutes. Roll into balls. Place onto cookie sheets.

Bake 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees.
