Preheat oven
to 375 degrees F. |

zucchini on the diagonal. |

saucepan, heat butter and cheeses until melted. |

Whip the egg
whites until stiff. Whisk into butter and cheese
mixture. Cool and spread generously on zucchini. |

minutes. Serve warm. |
