Chicken Wings

chicken wings

cup
ketchup

ground cayenne pepper

allspice

lime

garlic powder

brown sugar

Preheat oven
to 400°F. Spray broiler pan with nonstick
cooking spray.

Cut off wing
tips and discard. Cut each wing in half at
joint. Place wings on broiler rack. Bake 50-60
minutes or until crisp (turning once halfway
through).

Meanwhile,
in a small bowl, mix remaining ingredients.
Brush sauce on cooked wings. Place under broiler
and broil for 2-3 minutes. Turn wings over and
brush with sauce again. Broil for an additional
2-3 minutes.

Serve wings
on their own or with ranch dressing to dip in.
