Cheese
and Artichoke Bread Bites |

This is a great
snack to whip up during a sporting event.

French bread baguette |

butter |

|
frozen artichoke hearts |
|
|

|
sour
cream, reduced fat |
|
|

cups |
|
jack
or cheddar cheese |

Preheat oven
to 350 degrees. |

Hollow out
baguette and cut the bread you remove into
cubes. |

In a
skillet, melt butter. Add the bread cubes and
artichoke hearts and sauté together. Add sour
cream and cheese and stir until well mixed. |

Fill the
hollowed out baguette with the mixture, and bake
for 30 minutes. |

Let set for
a few minutes. Cut carefully with a bread knife
into thin slices. |
