bruschetta with nice flavors.

bell pepper, cut in small pieces |

yellow bell pepper, cut in small pieces |

tomatoes, cut into thin slices |

green onions, cut into thin slices |

mozzarella or asiago cheese, shredded |

mushrooms, cut into thin slices |

prosciutto, cut into ½" strips |

freshly grated Romano cheese |

Slice
baguette lengthwise into halves. Place cut side
up on baking sheet. |

Combine
olive oil, garlic, 1 T. Romano and pepper in
bowl and mix well. Spread over each of the bread
halves. Distribute bell pepper, tomatoes and
green onions on each bread half. Sprinkle with
mozzarella cheese. Top with mushrooms and
prosciutto. |

Bake at 350
degrees for 5-10 min. or until the cheese melts. |

Broil 2-3
minutes or until cheese begins to brown. Cut
into small slices. Sprinkle with freshly grated
Romano. |
