Gorgonzola- Pear Ham Wheels |

package cream cheese, softened |

ripened pears, peeled, cored and chopped |

toasted walnuts, chopped |

In a medium
bowl on low mixing speed, mix cheeses, pears and
walnuts until well combined. |

Spread ¼ cup
of cheese mixture on each slice of meat. Roll up
from short edge. Wrap each roll tightly and
place in the refrigerator for at least one hour. |

With a bread
knife, carefully cut each
roll crosswise into slices. Place each wheel
onto a cracker and serve. |
