Shrimp Dip

Great dip for an appetizer party...

½ pint		sour cream
8 oz		package cream cheese
½ cup		finely chopped celery
½ cup		finely diced onions
		salt and pepper to taste
1 medium		lemon, juiced
		cayenne pepper to taste
2 small		cans of shrimp, squeezed dry

1	Combine sour cream with cream cheese and mix well. Add celery, onions, salt, pepper, lemon juice and red pepper to taste.
2	Mash shrimp with a fork and add to the cheese mixture.
3	Sprinkle red pepper on top, and serve with crackers.

Yield: 1 quart
