finely chopped celery |

finely diced onions |

and pepper to taste |

lemon, juiced |

cayenne pepper to taste |

of shrimp, squeezed dry |

Combine sour
cream with cream cheese and mix well. Add
celery, onions, salt, pepper, lemon juice and
red pepper to taste. |

Mash shrimp
with a fork and add to the cheese mixture. |

Sprinkle red
pepper on top, and serve with crackers.
