frozen chopped spinach |

stuffing mix |

eggs |

grated Parmesan cheese |
|

thyme |

melted butter |
|

garlic, crushed |

and pepper to taste |

Thaw, drain
and squeeze moisture out of spinach. Set aside. |

In medium
sized bowl, mix remaining ingredients.
Refrigerate for 20 minutes. Roll into balls.
Place onto cookie sheets. |

Bake 15-20
minutes at 350 degrees. |
