Apple- Vodka Coolers

 

Refreshing summery drink...
 

2 Tbs 

 

granulated sugar

 

2 ounces 

 

boiling water

 

3 ounces 

 

apple vodka

 

1½ ounces 

 

fresh lime juice

 

 

 

club soda

 

 

 

green apple slices, mint leaves

Dissolve sugar in boiling water in a small heatproof bowl. Let stand until cool.

Combine cooled syrup, vodka and lime juice. Divide between two tall glasses filled with ice. Pour in the desired amount of club soda. Garnish with apple slices and/or mint leaves.
