Caliente Colada

 

 

 

¼ cup 

 

pineapple juice

 

3 Tbs 

 

cream of coconut

 

2½ Tbs 

 

rum

 

2 tsp 

 

green tabasco sauce

 

1 cup 

 

crushed ice

 

1 wedge 

 

lime

 

 

 

superfine sugar

 

 

Combine all ingredients except lime and sugar in a blender container and blend on high until smooth. Put sugar in low wide bowl. Wet rim of a glass with lime wedge, then dip glass rim into sugar. Pour drink into glass and serve immediately.
