 Champagne Cups

 

These are a delightful dessert drink...
 

3 large 

 

ripe peaches, peeled and pitted

 

 

 

fresh lemon juice

 

1 small 

 

bunch of seedless grapes

 

1 pint 

 

strawberry sherbet

 

1 bottle 

 

pink champagne, chilled

Sprinkle peeled and pitted peaches with lemon juice to prevent browning.

Divide slices among 6 champagne glasses; add a few stemmed grapes and a large scoop of sherbet. Fill to the brim with pink champagne.
