 Dry Martini

 

The stirred version...
 

 

 

crushed ice

 

12 Tbs 

 

well-chilled vodka

 

1 tsp 

 

dry white vermouth

 

Two 2" strips 

 

lemon rind

Place crushed ice in martini shaker. Add vodka and vermouth and stir.

Rub rims of two martini glasses with inside of lemon rinds. Twist rinds; drop into glasses. Strain vodka mixture in shaker into glasses.

Serve immediately.
