Eggnog Punch

 

Worth every calorie...
 

1 gallon 

 

vanilla ice cream

 

½ gallon 

 

eggnog, chilled

 

1 tsp 

 

ground nutmeg

 

½ tsp 

 

ground cinnamon

 

16 oz 

 

frozen whipped topping, thawed

Place scoops of ice cream into a punch bowl. Pour chilled eggnog over ice cream; sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon; gently stir in whipped topping.

Serve immediately. Stir occasionally, as needed.

 

Yield: 1 1/2 gallons

 

 Cooking Tips

*To lighten this recipe up a bit, try using lowfat ice cream, lowfat eggnog, and fat-free whipped topping.
