A refreshing,
chilled punch for a hot summer day...

frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed |

pineapple juice |

grapefruit juice |

carbonated lemon lime soda or 28 oz.
bottle club soda, chilled |

Dissolve
sugar in water. Add orange, pineapple and
grapefruit juices. |

Puree
bananas in blender and stir into mixture.
Combine well. |

Pour into 2
½ gallon freezer containers and freeze overnight
or up to 6 months. |

Remove
containers from freezer 1-2 hours before serving
(until slush-like). Break up large chunks with a
spoon. |

Add
lemon-lime or club soda and stir well. Serve in
a punch bowl. |
