 Fruit- Infused Vodka

 

Unique and delicious...
 

1½ liters 

 

Grey Goose vodka

 

1 large 

 

pineapple, rind and core removed, cut into large chunks

 

½ whole 

 

seedless watermelon, rind removed, cut into large chunks

 

2 pints 

 

strawberries, washed, tops cut off and halved

 

 

 

7- up or Sprite

Layer a sun-tea jar (with the spigot at the bottom), with one fruit at a time. Begin with strawberries, then watermelon, then pineapple. Fill the container to the top with the fruit.

Pour vodka over fruit until covered. Screw on top and let sit for a minimum of two weeks in the refrigerator.

To serve, use spigot to distribute infused vodka to martini glasses. Serve 3 parts vodka with 1 part 7-up. Garnish with a small piece of fruit.
