strawberries, washed, tops cut off and

Layer a
sun-tea jar (with the spigot at the bottom),
with one fruit at a time. Begin with
strawberries, then watermelon, then pineapple.
Fill the container to the top with the fruit. |

Pour vodka
over fruit until covered. Screw on top and let
sit for a minimum of two weeks in the
refrigerator. |

To serve,
use spigot to distribute infused vodka to
martini glasses. Serve 3 parts vodka with 1 part
7-up. Garnish with a small piece of fruit. |
