 Mexican Coffee

 

A great gift for the hostess...
 

½ cup 

 

unsweetened cocoa

 

1 cup 

 

brown sugar, firmly packed

 

4 tsp 

 

cinnamon

 

1 cup 

 

instant coffee

 

 

 

brandy

 

 

 

whipped cream

In a food processor, mix the first four ingredients to a smooth consistency.

To serve, place two rounded teaspoons of mixture in a cup. Add boiling water and stir. Add a shot of brandy and top with whipped cream.

 

 Cooking Tips

* To give as a hostess gift, place dry coffee mixture in a jar and put into basket with a small bottle of brandy. Label with instructions on how to serve.
