Mexican Pina Colada

 

 

 

8 ounces 

 

light rum

 

½ cup 

 

pineapple juice

 

½ cup 

 

pineapple chunks

 

¾ cup 

 

coconut milk

 

pinch of 

 

ground cinnamon

 

 

 

ice

 

 

 

pineapple chunks for garnish

Place ingredients through cinnamon in blender. Add ice to top of blender. Blend until ice is smooth and drink is a fine slush.

Pour into frosty glasses and place a couple of pineapple chunks on top. Serve immediately.
