Pomegranate- Prosecco Cocktail

 

Fabulous flavor in this sparkling drink...
 

2 cups 

 

unsweetened pomegranate juice, chilled

 

1½ cups 

 

chilled lychee syrup (from two 15oz. cans lychees in heavy syrup)

 

1/3 cup 

 

fresh lime juice

 

Three 750 ml. 

 

bottles of Prosecco

Mix pomegranate juice, lychee syrup, and lime juice in pitcher; chill.

When ready to serve, divide among 16 Champagne flutes. Top off with Prosecco.

 

Yield: 16 cocktails
